This exceptionally large first stage Austin lithic cast was found near La Grange in Fayette County Texas.  The lithic cast measures 5 5/16" long by x 1 3/4" wide. The original piece is out of the old A.G. Schulze collection that was assembled in the late 1800s - early 1900s.  This is a very large first stage example and doesn't have the left sided beveled edges that are seen on resharpened examples. This is a beautiful piece and I would like to personally thank the owner for allowing the casting of the relic.
